Having several ways to find the same content is called Canonical Links by Google. An example would be when you have see the same web page using the www. or without the www. Also if http://mysite.com and mysite.com/index.html go to the same web page. Canonical links seem to confuse the Google search algorithm and can negative affect your page rank. Here is Google's Matt Cutts explaining this issue: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cm9onOGTgeM http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GzA_VBHtuCk This is why XSitePro v2.540 has a meta tag added in the Header section of each web page that will direct Google and all to the correct variation of the web page.
