The CAPTCHA is not visible for changing support password.

The Capcha code is an image created on a 2nd computer.
Some browser security settings block this type of image.

The options here are:

1: Just email me. If you email support@intellimon.com our system will create a ticket fore you. :)

2: Use a different browser. You may want to keep your main browser on high security, put use a different one just to contact us.
I highly recommend having all the major browsers installed to test your websites anyway (FireFox, Explorer, Chrome, Safari, Opera, in order of visitor popularity).

3: Find this security setting in your current browser and switch it off. Not really recommended as there are better options here. :)
