I loaded a header I created back in to XHeader but I cannot delete the text.

XHeader can save the headers you create in two different formats, .XHF and either .JPG/.PNG files.

The .XHF files allow you to edit the header in XHeader at a later date, however no other program can use these files.

The .JPG and .PNG files can be used by most applications, but then can not be edited.

The best option here is to save all the headers you create in both formats. :)
