Where Can I find Support?

We do try to make it as easy as possible for customer to find solutions in the helpdesk as this self-service approach normally allows you to find the answer quicker, and get on with what you want to be doing - Creating websites. :)

The options here are:

However, we know that there will be times when the answer is not there, or needs more explanation.
When this happens you can raise a ticket at any time by emailing support@intellimon.com or logging in to our helpdesk system and raising a ticket there.
You can find our new helpdesk system at:
intellimon.helpserve.com

When the self-help options are incomplete, or needing more explanation, we flag these issues to be included or improved. :)
