This usually happens if you do not have XCommentPro on this computer, or you have been using a 30 day trial of XCommentPro and this trail period ahas finished.
So the first step to resolution here would to run XCommentPro and make sure that it is all present and correct.

Another possibility is if the website has been exported to another computer with XSitePro but did not have XCommentPro installed, and then the website has been transferred back again.
In this case you may want to know that you can install your XCommentPro license on up to two computers at a time.
