The training video is pausing frequently, what should I do?

We find the training video works best with Firefox, and for the best viewing experience the Firefox cache needs to be set to 150MB.

To adjust the cache:

    * Click on the 'Tools' Drop-down menu.
    * Select 'Option'.
    * Click on the 'Advanced' icon at the top.
    * Click on the 'Network' tab.
    * Set the Cache to 150MB.

Some clients say the videos work better if you pause in for a minute or two and then play.
