Why am I not entitled to the XSitePro Club member's copy of XCommentPro, even though I'm a Club member?

If you have been trying to order the Club members' copy of XCommentPro, but after filling in the order form, including the free coupon number, and clicking to complete the order, you were told that you are not entitled to a copy, please make sure that you use the same email address that you used to register with XSitePro Club. This will guarantee your eligibility for the Club offer XCommentPro.
