I have selected to include a captcha on my page but it doesn't show, instead I see a white box with a red cross.

If you are experiencing this issue, please log into your server with an FTP client and check the permissions of your XCommentPro folder (you may have renamed this on the Step2: Settings > Advanced tab). This folder should have it's permission set to 755.
