I am unable to unlock or register my copy of XCommentPro software...

If you are experiencing difficulties in registering your copy of XCommentPro, please ensure that you are entering the code correctly. If you copy the code from your confirmation email you can paste it into the first box of the license code request screen, and the code will paste accurately into all the boxes. Another cause may be your firewall is blocking access to our server. If this is the case, please give access to XCommentPro through your firewall, or disable the firewall during the registration process. If you are using a Mac running the Parallels emulator, sometimes an incorrectly setup configuration means the path to the Documents folder is returned incorrectly. If you can re-install and specify the 'xcommentpro-data' folder to be located at C:\xcommentpro-data this should sort out any issues with installing on Mac computers running Parallels.
