Not Receiving support emails

Occasionally customers have security on their emails that block replies from our helpdesk system.

If you are not receiving our emails:

  • Please check your email Trash folder. If the emails are arriving here, please add our email address support@intellimon.com to your white list.
  • Log in to the support system itself, we aim to respond within 8 working hours.
    Access the support system with this link: http://intellimon.helpserve.com
    Sign in using your email address as the user name.
    If you do not know your password, you can use the reset password link.
