The Design Wizards are designed to help dramatically speed up the design process by providing quick access to frequently-used Web page elements such as graphics, text boxes, and text styles.

You can access the Design Wizards at any time, while you are in Design view, by right-clicking once with your mouse and selecting 'Design Wizards'.
